Keeping Gaza connected through eSIM donations

The Project

Since October 7th, Gaza has faced big internet connection problems.
Communication towers have been targeted and there are very limited areas where internet connection is still available.

So, how are Palestinians sharing photos and videos of
what is happening in Gaza?

The answer is: through eSIM donations.

Esim Donors for Gaza

All around the world, thousands of people are donating eSIMs to Gaza to make sure that Palestinians stay connected with the world.

Thanks to eSIM donations,
Palestinians in Gaza are able to:

Communicate with their family and friends, both inside and outside of Gaza Strip

Share with the world the atrocities committed against them

Organize and coordinate
help and medical AID
within Gaza Strip

What’s an eSIM?

eSIMs are the digital version of SIM cards.

Instead of having to install them manually like SIM cards, they are installed digitally on the phones.

With eSIMs installed, Palestinians in Gaza can access an internet network and stay connected with the world.

Connecting Gaza in 4 steps:

Step 1:

Donors purchase an eSIM from a eSIM provider company: (Nomad, Holafly, Simly, Airalo Discover and Mogo).
Donors then get a QR code to use to install the eSIM.

Step 2:

Instead of installing the eSIM, donors send the QR code by email to Connecting Humanity team:
gazaesims@gmail.com

Step 3:

Connecting Humanity team sends the QR codes to Palestinians in Gaza and assist them installing them

Step 4:

Once the eSIM is installed, Palestinians can have internet access on their phones
